1. No Refunds on Digital Services
All purchases made on Astrolojia.com are final and non-refundable.
By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree that:
- The tarot or astrology reading is a digital product tailored specifically to you.
- Our service begins immediately after your order is submitted.
- Therefore, you forfeit your right to a refund once the service process starts.
2. Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, you must do so before we begin preparing your reading. Cancellations may not be possible if:
- Your request has already been assigned for fulfillment.
- Our team has already started working on the content.

3. Service Not Received
If you have not received your reading within the stated delivery window (typically 24-72 hours), please contact us at [email protected] and we will investigate the issue. If we confirm that no service has been rendered due to a system error or processing failure, a full refund may be granted.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in permanent account suspension. We are always available to resolve concerns amicably.
5. Exceptional Cases
We reserve the right to issue a partial or full refund at our sole discretion in rare circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate orders made in error
- Technical issues resulting in a failed transaction
